Following November’s uplifting morning breathwork session, we’re delighted to welcome back Debbie Cowley of Rooted Soul Yoga for an evening of gentle movement and calm connection.

This one-hour Hatha and restorative yoga session is designed to help you unwind after the working day - easing physical tension, calming busy minds, and helping you reconnect with balance and presence. You’ll leave feeling grounded, reset and re-energised for the rest of the week ahead.

Debbie is a Manchester-based yoga teacher known for her inclusive, soulful classes that blend mindfulness, movement and breath to nurture both body and mind.

No previous yoga experience is needed. Come straight from work, take a breath, and enjoy this peaceful pause in the heart of the city.

The event is kindly hosted by CBRE.
