NextGen x Lichfields Autumn Yoga Networking

Calling all NextGens! We’re cooling things down a little from our Summer Hot Yoga, with an Autumn Yoga Event sponsored by Lichfields. We’ll be taking over the beautiful Space at the Mill studio in Castlefield for a yoga session with NextGen committee member and yoga teacher Becca Gray. Afterwards, rehydrate and refuel for your day with a delicious and healthy breakfast.

What to expect:

• A 50 minute yoga session in the beautiful Space at the Mill studio
• Nutritional post-class breakfast snacks and drinks
• Relaxed networking with fellow early career women in property

Booking details: Mats and all props are provided for free at the studio. There are bathrooms and a changing space but no showers. Please make us aware of any dietary requirements for breakfast when booking. Please arrive at 8.15am for an 8.30am class start.

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend this event.

This event is part of our North West NextGen event series which we launched last year. These events are targeted at those starting out in their career in the Property & Construction Industry such as but not limited to Students, Apprentices, Graduates and Assistants. Our aim is to create a space for those at similar stages in their career to connect, share their experiences and build their network that they can grow with. We are hard at work finalising our events programme for the next few months and excited about what we have to offer our NextGen community.
