Join us for an engaging and insightful CPD-Accredited session on Reasonable Adjustments for Neurodiversity, exploring practical workplace accommodations to support neurodivergent employees and foster an inclusive environment.

A session where information is shared and discussions are encouraged to maximise the time through face-to-face learning and sharing together.

What to expect?

• Understand legislation and terminology
• Understand what the term Reasonable Adjustments means in the workplace
• Explore the barriers a person with neurodiversity may experience in the workplace
• Explore stereotypes and stigma when thinking about employee disclosure and also implementing reasonable adjustments
• Explore signposting to services and schemes that can help within a workplace such as Access to Work.
• Explore how Neurodiversity can impact Executive Functioning, Sensory Sensitivities, Emotional Regulation, Social and Meeting inclusivity, learning and developing approaches
• Explore creative ways for discrete and useful reasonable adjustments in the workplace. This encourages more creative thinking than the traditional ways that are often implemented. Beyond a text book response.
• Explore proactive roles who are influential in environmental design or internal design and how this could incorporate reasonable adjustments and how strategic roles can be huge influences in promoting an inclusive environment and positive working culture
• Tools, handouts and information to take away and use within the workplace

Breakfast and drinks will be provided.
