Join us for an engaging and insightful CPD-accredited learning session focused on reasonable adjustments for neurodiversity, while also addressing the importance of allergy awareness in the workplace. This interactive session combines expert guidance with open discussion, offering both practical tools and space for shared learning.

  • Clarify key terminology and legislation, including how the Equality Act defines disability in relation to both neurodivergence and severe allergies
  • Explore what reasonable adjustments mean in practice and why they are vital for fostering an inclusive workplace

  • Identify common barriers faced by neurodivergent individuals in professional settings
  • Understand how neurodivergence can impact executive functioning, sensory processing, emotional regulation, social interactions, and learning styles
