This session is delivered by a neurodivergent professional woman, sharing real-life experiences and shedding light on the often-overlooked realities of neurodiversity in women.

• Understanding the prevalence of Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia in women
• Why so many women have been missed in diagnosis—examining gender bias in assessments

• The effects of late or missed diagnosis and how this influences self-perception and management strategies
• How to become an empowered neurodivergent woman—embracing strengths and advocating for change
