Working Parents Family Picnic in the Park

Women in Property North West is delighted to host another family “Picnic in the Park” for working parents and carers, at the newly opened Mayfield Park.

Mayfield Park is the first new city park in Manchester for 100 years. A 6.5 acre-parkland, with 142 trees, 120,000 shrubs and plants, featuring a kids play zone with 6 slides, all woven around the River Medlock.

Following the success of previous family picnics, this is a great opportunity to join fellow members and non-members to meet with or without children (and dogs) and discuss the challenges of balancing roles whilst working.

The event has been scheduled over lunchtime on a Friday during the school summer holidays and will provide a brief respite for working parents and carers whilst juggling work with the summer holidays.

We will meet at the playpark which is located adjacent to the Amory Gate Entrance.

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
