CPD Accredited Site Study: Renaissance Hotel, Manchester

Women in Property North West are delighted to invite you on a CPD accredited site study of the former “Renaissance” hotel site on Deansgate.

Property Alliance Group and Starwood Capital are redeveloping this key strategic site in the City Centre. 

The proposed masterplan has taken a sustainable approach to development by retaining the existing hotel with an extensive refurbishment to reposition this as a market leading up-scale destination hotel. 

The remaining site, designed by Jon Matthews Architects, will be redeveloped to create high quality commercial workspace together with a 300 unit residential scheme with amenity space including a new riverside public realm with new food and beverage space as well as communal and private roof terraces for residents.

The tour will be led by Property Alliance Group, Starwood and John Matthews Architects.

Your will need to provide your own full PPE for this site study.
