Site Tour – Red Bank and Meadowside with FEC & Chapman Taylor - NEW DATE

The Gate and Stile form part of the £200m MeadowSide development by Far East Consortium (FEC) adjacent to one of the largest green areas in Manchester city centre. The scheme is FEC’s first completed residential development in the UK and their first project in Manchester ahead of the Victoria North Joint Venture (JV) partnership with Manchester City Council.

The 22-storey Gate and 17-storey Stile buildings provide a total of 286 apartments and penthouses with sleek glass fronted façades and solid podium bases looking onto Angel Meadow Park. The scheme is the steppingstone into the Red Bank neighborhood, a focus for investment and regeneration by the JV.
