Part of our new ‘Women At The Top’ series of events, this interactive and practical session led by Isla Wilson of Ruby Star, will get you thinking about why its brilliant being an NED.

In this virtual session we will cover:

• An overview of what a NED is, what they actually do and the differences between NEDs in different sectors.
• Finding a NED role – why your current CV might not cut it and how to think about the process.
• Playing NED - presenting a board paper, we will all NED our way through it, to see if we can change the outcome.
• Debrief - What did we do? How did we do it? How did it feel?
