MeadowSide site tour with FEC and Chapman Taylor- POSTPONED

The Gate and Stile form part of the £200m MeadowSide development by Far East Consortium (FEC) adjacent to one of the largest green areas in Manchester city centre. The scheme is FEC’s first completed residential development in the UK and their first project in Manchester ahead of the Victoria North Joint Venture (JV) partnership with Manchester City Council.

The 22-storey Gate and 17-storey Stile buildings provide a total of 286 apartments and penthouses with sleek glass fronted façades and solid podium bases looking onto Angel Meadow Park.  The scheme is the stepping stone into the Red Bank neighbourhood, a focus for investment and regeneration by the JV.

Join us in the Stile’s newly completed residents lounge for a presentation of the delivery of the Gate and Stile by Rachel Rogerson of Chapman Taylor followed by the vision for Red Bank by Hilary Brett-Parr of FEC.  After which there will be a site walk over to Red Bank along with a tour of the Gate and Stile residential amenity and apartments, followed by drinks and pastries.
