Join us for an evening of wellbeing and meditation with Retreat with Us ladies.

Back by popular demand! Join us for an evening of wellbeing and relaxation ran by the amazing team from Retreat with Us and kindly hosted by Shoosmiths, Birmingham.

Arrival from 5pm. The retreat will start at 5.30pm and run until 7.30pm.

The evening includes:

  • Guided Meditation and breath - Themed around coming home to the body, and into balance
  • Somatic Release - body practices
  • Sound Bath

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
