Designed around a net-zero embodied carbon strategy, Multistory demonstrates how the reuse of existing structures can significantly reduce embodied carbon while creating contemporary, high-quality workspace. The building combines sustainable construction techniques, including the use of recycled materials, with ambitious environmental targets such as an EPC A rating and the use of renewable electricity.

Beyond carbon reduction, the scheme places a strong emphasis on occupier wellbeing and sustainable travel, featuring extensive planting to support biodiversity, excellent cycle facilities, EV charging infrastructure and a Fitwel health rating target.
