Women in Property Midlands is delighted to invite you to dip your toes into a beautiful lake at our Introduction to Open Water / Cold Water Swimming session.

This two and a half-hour session is perfect if you’ve always wanted to find out more about open water swimming but didn’t know how to go about it. The session is suitable for beginners or those who swim regularly and want to learn more about the benefits of open water swimming. The session includes an introduction talk followed by your wild swim and woodfired sauna experience and then a chance to chat and warm up with a cup of herbal tea around the firepit.

Please arrive in good time for a 6pm start at The Lakes at Lavender Hall (What3Words ///manevra.kafein.doyurma).

You will need to bring your swimsuit, towel, watershoes / flipflops. Warm clothes for afterwards and a warm hat are recommended.

Tow floats will be provided by the venue.

There is plenty of parking available but please make sure you leave enough time to get to the venue.

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
