Site Tour: Perry Barr Residential Scheme with Lendlease - Tour 2

Join the Midlands branch of Women in Property for an exclusive, members only, site tour of Perry Barr Residential Scheme.

The scheme will provide 968 new homes when completed in December 2022. This is your chance to visit the site and hear the amazing story of one of biggest residential schemes in Birmingham and the many challenges it faced during a worldwide pandemic.

This event is kindly sponsored by Lendlease (principal contractor). The scheme is part of a wider £700 million plus regeneration of Perry Barr which includes improved leisure and community facilities along with the newly upgraded transport infrastructure.

Itinerary:

• 11am presentation by Project Director Anna Evans
• 11:30am First tour of 3 plots being developed
• 12:30pm refreshments and networking opportunity
• 1:15pm Second tour of 3 plots being developed

Full PPE is required for this site tour (hard hat, hi-vis, protective boots, gloves, and glasses). Please confirm if you require any items on booking.
