Join Women in Property Central Scotland for a Lunch & Learn with Carole O'Neil, founder of Infrasound, as she shares her insights on female leadership in both the corporate and sporting worlds. Through her personal journey, Carole will explore the role confidence plays in achieving success, the challenges of sustaining high performance, and the lessons she has learned along the way. Attendees will leave with practical insights and skills to help them lead with greater confidence and impact.
Over a nearly 30-year corporate career, Carole rose to become Managing Partner of a global engineering consultancy, taking on increasingly senior leadership roles across the world. Alongside her professional achievements, she competed internationally in powerlifting, representing her country at Commonwealth and World Championship events, winning medals and breaking records. Behind these successes, however, she faced her own struggles with confidence and learned first-hand the realities of performing at the highest level.
Following her departure from the corporate world, Carole founded Infrasound, a coaching community and peer network that supports women in navigating career transitions, building confidence, and leading on their own terms. Drawing on her unique experiences, she now helps others make intentional choices about their future and create lasting, meaningful change in their lives and careers.
Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
A special thank you to Burges Salmon for hosting this event.
