Join Women in Property Central Scotland and Turner & Townsend for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of The Dunard Centre, Edinburgh’s first purpose-built concert hall in over 100 years.

This landmark development will become home to the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and a key venue for the Edinburgh International Festival. Designed to bring world-class performance, learning and community engagement together, the venue will feature a state-of-the-art 1,000-seat auditorium, rehearsal and workshop spaces, recording facilities, and more.

A unique opportunity to gain insight into one of Scotland’s most significant cultural and construction projects, this site visit is not to be missed!

Agenda:

  • Welcome presentation at 35 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh.
  • Attendees will then split into two groups:
  • Group 1 (10 people) will begin the guided site visit.
  • Group 2 will remain at 35 St Andrew Square to network and experience the project through interactive VR headsets.
  • After 30 minutes, the groups will swap over, ensuring all attendees have the opportunity to take part in both activities.

Please note 5 point PPE is required(site boots, hard hat, hi-vis jacket, goggles and gloves). Please bring your own (site boots and hard hat minimum) but let us know if you require anything to be lent by site by emailing rebecca.stuart@turntown.co.uk.
