Confidence coach Nichola Henderson will lead an engaging 30-minute talk packed with practical tips, real-world insights, and interactive exercises designed to help you navigate situations where confidence matters most. From speaking up in meetings and embracing new challenges to managing self-doubt and adapting to change, you'll gain tools and techniques you can start using straight away.

There will also be Networking before and after the event giving Next-Gen attendees a chance to engage with industry professionals with breakfast snacks, tea, coffee and matcha provided. Whether you're a recent graduate taking your first career steps, returning from maternity leave, settling into a new role, or simply looking to feel more confident and empowered at work, this session is for you.
