We’re delighted to invite you to an upcoming site walk round at Graham’s Jenners development site on St Vincent Street, Glasgow.
As the project moves closer towards handover, this session offers a valuable opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the significant progress made across one of Glasgow’s prominent city-centre developments. Hosted by the Graham project team, the walk round will provide attendees with an overview of the site’s current status, key achievements to date and the final stages of work as the development approaches completion.
The visit has been designed to encourage collaboration, conversation and knowledge sharing, while also offering a behind-the-scenes look at the operational, technical and delivery aspects involved in bringing a major city-centre project towards handover.
Throughout the session, we’ll explore:
• Current progress across the Jenners site as works near completion
• Key milestones achieved throughout the programme
• Final phases of construction and handover preparation
• Construction methodologies and site coordination
• Challenges, solutions, and lessons learned during delivery
• Health, safety, and operational considerations on a live site
There will also be time for questions, discussion, and networking with fellow attendees and industry professionals.
Whether you are involved in project delivery, design, construction, stakeholder engagement, or simply interested in learning more about the development, this promises to be an insightful and engaging visit as the project enters its final stages.
Please arrive slightly ahead of the start time to allow for registration and site briefing procedures.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Jenners site and sharing the progress made as the project approaches this exciting milestone.
