The Ardrossan Community Campus project is one of North Ayrshire’s most significant investment projects, bringing together education, sport, leisure and community facilities within a landmark waterfront development. Situated on the Ardrossan North Shore and being delivered by Morgan Sindall Construction, the £100m+ campus will provide modern learning environments alongside a new swimming pool, sports facilities and community spaces, creating a transformational hub for local residents and future generations. As of September 2026, the project is progressing on programme, with major structural steelwork erected, construction of the teaching wing well advanced, roofing works underway and sports pitch formation progressing across the site.

Visitors attending the site visit will have the opportunity to see first-hand the scale and complexity of this flagship waterfront development. The tour will showcase the campus as it moves from structural works into the next phase of construction, including the teaching wing envelope, extensive steel frame structures, sports and leisure facilities, and the emerging external works. Attendees will also hear about the collaborative delivery approach between North Ayrshire Council, Morgan Sindall and the wider project team, as well as the project's strong focus on sustainability, community engagement and social value - creating lasting benefits for the local community.
