#PIPbyWiP Summit Fringe Event: Guided Tour of St James Quarter

St James Quarter is as major and complex as projects get, and we are delighted to be granted access to this vibrant new destination in the heart of Edinburgh’s old town. 

The £1bn redevelopment of the former St James shopping centre and the former Scottish Office has created a new retail-led mixed-use landmark development.  

Our behind the scenes tour will share details of the vision, delivery and success of the project, along with exclusive access to the luxury residential area. 

You are invited for tea, coffee and pastries at Bonnie & Wild, rated the “UK's No 1 Food Hall” by National Geographic, from 9.30am before the tour starts at 10am.

Members and Non-Members of all genders are welcome to attend.
