Netwalks are back!
Join Lindsay Defesche from Parabola for our first special netwalk of the year – a guided walk round the varied new artworks of Edinburgh Park, finishing with a sandwich and hot drink at Patina.
Meet us in the civic square of 1 New Park Square, Edinburgh Park.
We’ll take a gentle walk through the new landscape starting with Louise Plant’s sculpture Amarylla Guerilla and proceeding to Dancer After Degas (William Tucker) and Advocate (Bruce Beasley). We’ll meander through the green sunken square to Vulcan (Sir Eduardo Paolozzi) and along the lochan past some poet busts to end up at Square Line by Ann Chrisopher. The walk should take about 30-40 minutes leaving plenty of time for chat and refreshment.
Maximum 20 people with spaces allocated on a first come first served basis, so please book as soon as you can. Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
Netwalks will also be taking place in Edinburgh & Glasgow on Thursday 18th April and on Thursday 16th May. Find out more here.
Please Note. The attendance fee for this event attracts VAT (listed prices are inclusive of VAT).
