Women in Property is delighted to invite you to a roundtable discussion on the “National Construction Equity and Inclusion Plan” (NCEIP), which is now reaching its halfway point towards the national targets set for 2026.

The Plan was developed by the Construction Leadership Forum in 2022, to drive towards greater inclusivity and equality in the sector by 2026 and we will be discussing the implementation of the plan actions and other potential ideas to encourage more diversity and inclusion initiatives in the sector.

Discussing how inclusivity has been making progress in the industry, from the offices to the sites will be:

  • Jane Gotts, founding partner of GenAnalytics, a specialist data consultancy focused on diversity and equality in the workplace.
  • Laura James, Head of Scotland at BakerHicks and winner of the 2023 Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Champion of the Year for Financial and Professional Services at the Property Week “Inspiring Women in Property Awards”.
  • Emily Carr, design manager at Kier Construction North & Scotland, and former vice-chair of Built Environment – Smarter Transformation’s BE Change Makers.

The booking deadline for this event has now passed.
