How many times have you heard that communication is key? How many times has an important piece of work failed or come close to failure through lack of good communication?

Differences between communication styles often cause more agony than they need to, through mis-interpretation, mis-information and lack of confidence in delivering messages.

The last 2.5 years has moved us into realms of digital communication that we have had to acclimatise to very quickly. It can often give rise to more wires being crossed and less voices being heard, so we know that communication skills matter – A LOT.

This DISC profiling session, standing for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance with accomplished Action Coach, Yvonne Webb, can help you to understand your own communication style better and recognise the styles of others to get the best out of your team interactions.

This event is being held at the Glasgow offices of CMS. It is open to all members and non-members and all genders are welcome.
