Passivhaus in Practice: Practical Session at Construction Scotland Innovation Centre

Women in Property Central Scotland is delighted to return to the Construction Scotland Innovation Centre to take part in their Low Carbon Practical workshop.

The morning session will start with breakfast and an introduction to the Innovation Centre, followed by a walk-round the purpose-built steel rigs and timber kits to review the principles of low carbon and Passivhaus construction.

There will be a ‘hands-on’ practical task to test your construction skills and approach to service penetrations and air tightness on a sample timber cube, then finally an air tightness overview on a purpose-built timber structure.
