On behalf of the University of Salford and Barratt Developments, our National Chair looks forward to welcoming you for a tour of Energy House 2.0.

Barratt Developments has partnered with leading manufacturer, Saint-Gobain, and the University of Salford to build a concept home that will test the effects of climate change and look at ways new houses can cope with more extreme weather conditions, whilst cutting energy and water usage.

The hour long tour will be conducted by Oliver Novakovic, Technical and Innovation Director at Barratt and his team.  Guests will be shown Barratt’s latest concept house and hear thoughts on the overall design, sustainability features, technology, and ease of living.
