Tearing Down Walls – Breaking down the stigma of sensitive subjects

This year we are supporting you to build future skills, including those required to manage the unique mental health challenges women face in the property and construction industry.

You may be surprised to know that there are five different ways in which we respond to the most challenging of circumstances.  The third instalment of our webinar series delves into the fundamental aspects of stress.

We will explore the primary causes of workplace stress and offer insights into how all five stress responses might present, including the most serious of situations when chronic stress takes a toll.  We will improve your ability to not only recognise stress in yourself but also in your friends and colleagues.

The online session concludes by providing you with tools for lowering stress both in the moment and for preventing the accumulation that can lead to burnout or depression.
