Refresher training session for mentors with Cathy Stewart

Have you attended a Women in Property mentoring training scheme in the past but have not been a mentor for some time?

Or have you had a Women in Property mentor and would now like to be a mentor yourself?

Our mentoring scheme is very popular with members, especially in these uncertain market conditions. We are therefore keen to expand our pool of mentors. 

This training session will recap on the purpose of mentoring and the role of a mentor.  Mentors are not there to provide solutions, but to guide the mentee and help them to work out what they need to do to fulfil their potential.

Mentors gain a great deal of benefit from the mentoring relationship. As well as the satisfaction of helping someone to develop their career, being a mentor provides space for reflection on your career and abilities which may go unnoticed in the normal working day. 

The Women in Property mentoring scheme matches mentees with a mentor from a different professional discipline. This helps to keep the relationship focused on achieving the mentee’s goals.

This refresher session is for any members who have attended a training session in the past and would like to be a mentor.
