Developing a Social Conscience

Teams and people thrive when they have a vision and a sense of purpose in line with their own values.

Connecting with other organisations and charities and working to find solutions to social justice issues of our time, to serve a wider purpose can give teams renewed energy, a sense of purpose, an increased desire to cooperate and may also encourage teamwork.

This session will be led by Patrick Regan OBE, founder of XLP (a charity that was set up in response to a local playground stabbing). Patrick has travelled to over 50 countries, working with and on behalf of the poorest communities, and is a regular contributor on radio and TV on issues of justice and wellbeing.

This session will:

  • Give a clear understanding of social justice issues within our communities.
  • Explore how workplace teams can connect and make a difference.

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
