International Women’s Day - Break the Bias

To celebrate International Women’s Day 2022, we are bringing together a panel of women who are particularly well equipped to address this year’s theme of Break the Bias. They will not only describe the various scenarios in which bias takes place, from workplace to boardroom, they will also share some ways to manage it.

The panel will be chaired by Sandi Rhys Jones OBE and the speakers will be:

• Gillian Arnold, IT specialist, advocate for women in STEM, Vice President of British Computing Society
• Nicola Jones, National Chair and Senior Project Manager at Gleeds
• Michelle Kershaw, Real Estate lawyer and consultant partner at Trillium Legal
• Chithra Marsh, Associate Director at Buttress and National Vice Chair of Women in Property.

The speakers will be asked to talk for ten minutes on their particular issue before opening up to the virtual audience for questions and comment.
