#BreakTheBias: Be a mentor

With the IWD #BreakTheBias theme running through our veins, we are keen to capture and share the experiences of members who have participated in our Mentoring Programme. So we are hosting a free interactive webinar with a panel of speakers to represent the following groups:

• An experienced mentor to speak about the benefits of being a mentor
• A mentee whose career has been helped significantly by the mentoring programme and who is able to share her experience
• A mentee at an earlier career stage who can speak about their aspirations and concerns.

The panel debate will be chaired by Sandi Rhys Jones OBE and will include Hilary Chan, Hannah Lewis Jones, Marianne McCallum, Carly Willis and Rima Yousif.

The session will be open to questions and discussion with the virtual audience. It will be of interest to anyone would like to learn more about Women in Property’s mentoring programme and the benefits that it provides for both mentees and mentors.
