Opportunity
The Development & Disposals team at TT Group are looking to recruit a new member to the current 20+ strong team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will have completed an RICS accredited degree recently, graduating 2024-2026.
This is an opportunity to work in a diverse team with market leading experience of the strategic management of large portfolios under the Groups ownership. The extent of the holding generates strategy work, valuations, disposals of properties (ranging from £100k to £100m+ UK wide), progressing planning applications for the optimal use prior to sale or development (residential and commercial) and direct development.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual. The list of responsibilities below is not exhaustive but includes:
The role will include:
- Early responsibility for managing the sale of property, land/dwellings within existing portfolio.
- Assisting on acquisition of development land.
- Supporting Development Managers on a range of planning promotion and applications on residential and commercial schemes.
- Researching and gathering information on the land market to assist decision making.
- Undertaking analysis / modelling of disposal options and presenting to the internal teams.
- Travelling to sites and attending external and internal meetings to support planning/sales/valuations.
- Running development appraisals/cashflows on existing projects and future opportunities.
- Day to day management of agents, solicitors, architects, planners and other consultants.
The following experience, skills and knowledge will be required:
- Property degree - RICS accredited (Graduate or Masters Level with a minimum 2:1 in relevant subject)
- Studying or intending to study towards APC.
- A strong understanding of property fundamentals.
- Commercial awareness of the evolving planning environment.
- High level of IT literacy and numeracy including an ability to understand and interpret cashflows.
- Ability to prepare concise reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver outputs to deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Terms
TT Group would like to invest in you for the long term. The company will be unable to sponsor candidates as graduates or newly qualified surveyors under the Skilled Worker visa scheme. Applicants must therefore have the right to work in the UK at the time of application and beyond the completion of the APC.
