SAVE THE DATE: Paddle Boarding at Roundhay Park Lake

Save the date to join us at the beautiful Roundhay Park in Leeds for a fun evening testing our balance and exploring Waterloo Lake by Paddle board.   

We will meet at the Lakeside Café in Roundhay Park at 4.30pm where participants will be able to network for half an hour with a hot or cold drink.  The café closes at 5pm and we will then wander down to the club where participants can change into appropriate clothing. 

At 5.30pm we will be led through a safety briefing and discussion before setting sail on our Paddle Boards to explore the lake. 

The event will end at 19:30 when participants will change and depart the park.

Participants are strongly advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the experience, such as a wetsuit or thin layers such as leggings, joggers, long sleeve tops, and ideally water shoes or old trainers.  There are dedicated changing facilities on site. 

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend what we expect to be fun networking adventure.   

Parking is available at Lakeside Car Park at the end of Park Avenue.  Parking charges apply and will be payable by participants on the day.
