Meet the Speaker:

Georgina Hickman is a BANT-registered nutritional therapist who specialises in supporting ambitious women dealing with gut health and hormonal imbalances linked to chronic stress. Georgina works closely with her clients to uncover the root causes of their symptoms and to restore vitality through personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

A healthy breakfast featuring a fruit platter, overnight oat pots, Greek yogurt honey and granola will be served.
