Come and join Jodie Hill, Managing Partner at Thrive Law, for a powerful and insightful workshop “Diverse Minds, Stronger Teams: Understanding Neurodiversity at Work.”
Drawing on her professional expertise and lived experience—including a diagnosis of ADHD—Jodie combines employment law knowledge with psychology-backed strategies to help leaders, managers, and colleagues create truly neuro-inclusive environments.
Attendees will explore how recognising and accommodating neurological differences—such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more—can unlock hidden talents, boost creativity, and strengthen team cohesion.
Through practical guidance on reasonable adjustments, inclusive communication, and fostering psychologically safe cultures, the session will equip participants with actionable tools to support neurodivergent staff—from recruitment and onboarding to career development. Jodie’s authentic approach and expert insight will empower attendees to make meaningful, lasting changes that benefit both individuals and teams.
Places are limited to 24 participants, allowing for a more intimate and interactive learning experience. This small group setting encourages open discussion, tailored advice, and meaningful connections among attendees.
