Parents & Carers: Picnic in the Park

WiP Outreach are hosting a Parent & Carers picnic in the park. Day off with the kids or on parental leave? No worries - bring your little ones along. A chance to connect with other parents & carers, share experiences and enjoy the sunshine (fingers crossed).

An opportunity to make new friends on an adventure trail around the Upper Lake.

What to bring:

Picnic food and drinks for your party. The British summertime weather means we could need suncream, sunhats or a rain coat! If very heavy rain the event will be cancelled, so keep an eye on the forecast and include your mobile number when booking so we can quickly update you on any changes.

Plan:

11:30 am - Meet on the grass beside the Upper Lake bandstand
12:30 am - Take a walk around the lake with adventure activity worksheets: The Magical Fountains of Roundhay (Quest 2 is a walk around the Upper Lake) Little Friends Trails (Original) – Friends of Roundhay Park
