Bio-diversity Net Gain - members only breakfast seminar

Join us for the first in our series of members only breakfast seminars.

In this first session, Ecus will provide a seminar on Biodiversity net gain. Following the passing of the Environment Act in late 2021, Part 6 of the Act introduces new obligations on developers to secure a minimum 10% biodiversity net gain on development sites. Ecus will provide an overview of the bill, the emerging regulations, how to calculate net gain and the mechanisms that Local Authorities will use to legally bind this obligation. This is a hot topic not to be missed.

We will open registration at 8.30am where attendees can enjoy a light breakfast over networking before joining us for a CPD type seminar.
