Site Study: Oxford North Site Development

Come and join Women in Property Thames Valley for a late afternoon presentation and guided tour of the Canalside Quarter at Oxford North.

This exciting project is the first housing phase of the 64-acre ‘integrated urban environment’ providing homes, workspaces, amenities and parks on the northern edge of Oxford. The scheme comprises 317 homes overlooking the Oxford Canal and only a short bike ride from Oxford city centre.

This event is being hosted by Hill Group UK on this live construction site.  Over refreshments you will be able to network with likeminded members of the built environment industry.

The presentation will take place in the marketing suite, starting at 4.00 pm after which Hill will conduct a walking site tour.

There are walkways through the site so some site access will be possible for anyone without PPE. 

Recommended PPE: Hard hat, safety boots and hi-vis. Limited items will be available to borrow from Hill Group. If you wish to borrow PPE for the full tour please email emma.jewson@carterjonas.co.uk by CoB Monday 13 May 2024.

Parking: There is no parking at the development but parking is available at the Leonardo Hotel, Godstow Road OX2 8AL. A footpath along the A40 links from the car park to Canalside Quarter.
