All event fees are listed net of VAT.

Please join Women in Property for a members-only tour of Oxford University's 39th college.

Reuben is the first college to be established in the 21st century, marking nearly 30 years since the last addition.

The project has seen a transformation of the Grade II listed buildings in the heart of Oxford’s conservation area, creating spaces for learning, collaboration and community, including the pioneering Collections Teaching and Research Centre. Positioned near Oxford’s renowned museums, the college integrates sustainability with innovation, exemplified by its extensive decarbonisation efforts and reimagined social spaces.

Women in Property members will hear from Christine Kwong of FJC Studio, the project's architect, about the unique challenges posed by the site, including 800 tons of asbestos-contaminated materials, 4 pints of mercury, a decommissioned radioactive lab, 22 applications for planning and listed building consent and construction without full vacant possession of the building!

Places are limited, please book your place early to avoid missing out on this unique tour.

Registration Deadline: 21 April 2026
