Women in Property Thames Valley are delighted to welcome Anna Eavis, CEO of the Oxford Preservation Trust as one of Oxford’s ‘leading ladies’.
Anna Eavis is the Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Preservation Trust (OPT), having joined the organisation in January 2024. Before leading OPT, she spent over a decade at English Heritage, where she served as Curatorial Director with responsibility for the stewardship and presentation of more than 400 historic sites, their collections and landscapes.
Her work there included major capital and conservation projects such as the Stonehenge Visitor Centre, the restoration of Marble Hill, the award‑winning roof at Clifford’s Tower and the conservation of Belsay Hall and gardens.
Anna’s earlier career included roles at the Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England, and she has held significant positions in the wider heritage sector, including Trustee of Leeds Castle, member of the fabric advisory committees for Canterbury and Salisbury cathedrals and long‑time involvement with the Corpus Vitrearum project on historic stained glass.
A long‑standing resident of East Oxford, Anna brings deep professional experience and local knowledge to OPT.
The event will begin with a buffet breakfast of fruit and pastries followed by a talk from Anna with an opportunity for questions afterwards.
Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend the event.
