Leading Ladies Morning with Katherine Croom

Women in Property Thames Valley are delighted to welcome Katherine Croom as one of the industry’s ‘leading ladies’.

Katherine is Managing Director of Sorbon Estates, a long-established property investment and development company with over 50 years of experience operating across the South East, Thames Valley and Greater London.

With two decades of experience in the property industry, Katherine has led Sorbon Estates for the past four years. The business owns and manages a diverse portfolio of more than 300 commercial properties and works with over 1,500 tenants across sectors including retail, office, industrial and mooring.

Katherine will share her journey into property, how she has built her career in what remains a male-dominated industry, and her perspectives on the evolving property landscape. She’ll also discuss her vision for Sorbon Estates under her leadership – particularly the company’s dedication to developing properties and places that stand the test of time, where people and communities can truly thrive.
