Women in Property is delighted to invite you to this BREEAM Version 7 webinar.

The webinar will provide an introduction and background to BREEAM, with focus on updates to the newest version released last year.

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is a globally recognised sustainability assessment method for buildings and infrastructure. BREEAM New Construction, which this webinar will focus on, can be incorporated into the design process from early stages, such as RIBA Stage 1, all the way through construction and up to handover. As the process often engages the majority of the design team, awareness of the upcoming changes, more rigorous requirements and introduction of new criteria can be beneficial to anyone involved at any stage of the project.
