Join Women in Property South West for our members only new year’s reset.

Join Union with Tanya to guide us through a yoga workshop and sound bath meditation.

Please arrive at 5pm for a prompt workshop start at 5.30pm

The 2-hour session will be led by Tanya, a qualified yoga guide .

The aim of the workshop is to unwind and recharge in a supportive and mindful setting.

During the session you can expect:

• A short introduction from Tanya, sharing the journey Tanya has been on to become a yogi.
• An overview of the benefits of yoga, and how they can help you mentally and physically in work and at home.
• A guided practice of hatha yoga, including deep stretching, with a focus on movements that will support your day-to-day movement
• A guided meditation with sound bath
• An intimate ‘safe circle’ experience
• Attendees will also receive a small gift bag and mini stretch routines to use at work and home

The event is open to all abilities. Yoga mats and blocks will be provided.

Please note that the venue is accessible via a lift.
