Stafford Yard Site Tour

Women in Property in partnership with YEP Bristol have kindly been invited by Dandara Living to tour their Stafford Yard Development. Part of the Dandara Group, Dandara Living is a leading specialist in the design, delivery, and operational management of homes in the UK’s build to rent sector; with 5,000 multifamily, single-family and PBSA units/beds currently under management and sites secured to bring forward a further 8,000 apartments and student beds across the UK.

Stafford Yard in Bedminster Green, is Dandara Living’s first scheme in Bristol and one of five plots that make up the Bedminster Green Framework Area and will deliver 295 apartments for rent, along with a residents’ gym, lounge, co-working space, courtyards, private balconies, and roof terraces with vegetable beds.

Dandara Living’s other proposed schemes in Bristol include 435 apartments at Clarence Road in the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone, and new student homes, community space and riverside walkway at Little George Street in Bristol's Frome Gateway Regeneration Area.
