Which ESG strategy should clients be helped to choose on buildings?
Women in Property invites you to an in-person session designed to help you understand the best ESG strategy for you and your clients' building needs.
With so many options available, choosing the right strategy can be overwhelming. Matthew Edis from SCS will provide a clear overview of which approach to adopt and why.
This presentation will explore the challenges clients and their teams face when selecting the most suitable ESG strategy for their projects.
Matthew Edis, a qualified professional in multiple certification schemes such as BREEAM, SKA, HQM, EPCs, NABERS, and a chartered CIBSE engineer and Low Carbon Consultant, will lead the session.
The presentation will begin by explaining what ESG and sustainability mean, with a focus on Matthew’s perspectives and how they align with client needs and goals.
Matthew will then discuss 15 different ESG strategies, highlighting the pros and cons of each, and provide context on which strategy to choose based on client priorities.
The session will conclude with a summary and an open floor for questions.
Members and non-members of all genders welcome.
