Join Women in Property South West in collaboration with Iesis Consult at Rengen House for an evening of knowledge sharing from their ongoing experience at 360 Bristol.
Iesis Consult are a multidisciplinary project management, cost consultancy and employer’s agent practice, providing strategic leadership across complex development schemes throughout the UK and Ireland. They support clients from feasibility through to handover, combining commercial insight with rigorous delivery to ensure projects are completed on programme, within budget, and in line with regulatory requirements.
Their growing portfolio of PBSA projects spans London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Nottingham and the South Coast, with proven expertise in navigating Higher-Risk Building (HRB) schemes.
Ccurrently providing QS, PM, and EA services for the ongoing conversion of 360 Bristol into state-of-the-art student accommodation, delivering 399 bed spaces in the heart of the city. As part of this live project, Iesis has successfully led the scheme through the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) process, demonstrating deep expertise in Gateway 2 - from documentation scrutiny and response protocols to managing the risks of rejection.
Join Sebastian Minskip and Paul Davies from Iesis to explore how to establish the right processes and procedures to navigate Gateway 2 effectively, and gain insight from their ongoing experience at 360 Bristol.
