How to say 'no'. (When you’re already stretched!)
Boundaries help us to protect our resources (personal values, time, energy) and are a kindness to others as they then know what is possible to expect from us. But they don’t tend to have this reputation, many people think they’re selfish for putting in boundaries and don’t have the words to establish them effectively or tools for maintaining them.
You’ll leave this workshop with the information you need to start putting in boundaries, and importantly - how to stick to them when someone asks you for a favour.
