Experience the power of hitting the bags, moving with purpose, and training alongside supportive men and women. Our session will give you greater knowledge of defending yourself and your family, irrespective of age, size, or strength. Afterwards, enjoy hot drinks and pastries as you network and connect with fellow members and likeminded individuals.
