The Building Balance survey has revealed some shocking results! Join Women in Property with panellists Joeli Brearley from Pregnant then Screwed, Jo Lawrence, the Mum Mentor, Ben Hewlett from Granger Reis, Ric Hampton from Hydrock and Jenny Curtis from Vattenfall to find out what the key findings were, what the issues are and how they are impacting the industry. We will discuss what the industry needs to do to break the barriers to change to reduce the number of talented people leaving the industry, create a diverse, inclusive and fair workforce, to improve innovation and creativity. The discussion will be open to the floor for questions and we will close by collectively agreeing the next steps to make a difference in this industry now and for the next generation.
