The Newt – a country estate, reimagined – spa tour

The penultimate of our The Newt series, we will begin with tea, coffee and warm cinnamon buns in the Winter Garden before Rachel Hamilton and Luke Brennen, Directors of Simon Morray-Jones Architects begins our tour of the spa and Hadspen House.

Housed in a former Cow Barn in the Stable Yard, the spa has been beautifully transformed by Rachel and her team. We will have the chance to see the indoor-outdoor pool, treatment rooms as well as hearing about how the connection with nature at The Newt was integral to its design. Even the garden botanicals are grown specifically to create the restorative treatments within the spa.

Rachel will present the transformation she designed, of the original 17th century Hadspen house into a luxury and award-winning hotel without losing the essence of a Georgian family home. We will be fortunate enough to be some of very few who have been offered the chance explore the main house and its Stable Yard accommodation.

The Newt have generously offered all guests to this event, a complimentary annual membership worth £68.00.
