With hybrid working now well established across knowledge work and service industries, workplaces need to work much harder to be a destination, not an obligation. And to ensure they are welcoming, supportive, easy to use and efficient, they need to be delivered by an expert team and on a test and learn basis. So say hello to the Workplace Experience Team.
Creating an excellent workplace experience requires input from a variety of functions and activities such as Facilities & Real Estate, People & Culture, Digital & Technology, Finance, Comms & Marketing and ESG.
Join us on the 14th September 2023 to find out how both large corporates and SMEs can up their workplace game, stay relevant and competitive. Hear from Deborah Wilder an ex-Facilities Manager how he has upskilled to become the Head of Workplace Experience of a global organisation with their HQ based in Bristol; and Christopher Allen - Chief Workplace and Change Director at MONTROC Consulting who will share some of his ‘workplace witchcraft’ and his unique graphic orientated approach to workplace change management which has helped companies such as Innocent Drinks, Buro Happold and Munich Re transform their workplaces and ways of working.
Light refreshments will be provided.
This event will be run in partnership with the British Council for Offices at The Generator Building, Bristol. Level access is provided at the side entrance.
Members and Non-Members of all genders are welcome to attend.
The non-member attendance fee for this event attracts VAT (listed price is inclusive of VAT).
