Charity Sweatworking with Empire Fighting Chance

This event, hosted by Women in Property South West, in coordination with Forum for the Built Environment, will start at Empire Fighting Chance boxing gym with a one hour boxercise class where we will be paired up and coached by some of Empire's fantastic male and female coaches.

We will then head across the road to Extract Coffee Roasters where we will not only have a chance to hear from some of the Empire coaches on some of the incredible outreach work that Empire do in the local community but we will also be treated to a coffee tasting from Extract. All while enjoying pizza slice snacks from Pizzarova.

There will be plenty of opportunity to network (or 'sweatwork', while at Empire!) with other attendees during the afternoon and showers will be available at Empire after the boxfit session if required.
